Joyce Nmabila Awuni is a resilient person who has expertise in both teaching and diverse business fields. With a degree in English and Ghanaian language, she has worked with some schools, which shows her teaching expertise in handling students in a classroom. With collaboration from other teachers and supervisors, she can bring out policies that improve the studies and tenacity of students' learning in schools. She has demonstrated exceptional abilities running with businesses both on-site and online, exposing her to various platforms and people from different cultures. With lessons learned from these experiences, she has grown in implementing different strategies for running her business. She has also experience in guiding students and youth in areas of creating businesses. She is currently a beneficiary under the MasterCard Foundation Associate Program. She also has certifications from the MasterCard Foundation Baobab Platform in Financial literacy, Public speaking, Time management, how to study effectively, and Learning how to learn. She is currently undertaking a digital marketing course at Google. By way of adding and giving back to society, Joyce Nmabila Awuni has always been an advocate for making the voices of needy but brilliant students heard in her community
